VOÛTE / Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions

Effective date: October 15, 2026
Service operator: Megan Rustigian, doing business as VOÛTE
Business mailing address: 528 SE Fascino Cir, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984
Contact: hello@voûte.com

These Terms and Conditions explain your agreement with the operator identified above (“VOÛTE,” “we,” “our” or “us”) when you use our website, mobile application and related product-discovery features (together, the “Service”). Please read them before using the Service. They address your use of VOÛTE and purchases of VOÛTE subscriptions; purchases of physical products take place separately with the relevant seller.

1. Agreement and related documents

These Terms set out the conditions for using VOÛTE. Review them before using the Service or purchasing a subscription. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Terms are linked on the subscription purchase screen; separate purchase disclosures explain the particular offer you select.

Our Privacy Policy explains the personal information involved in operating VOÛTE. Acceptance of these Terms is not a substitute for any separate privacy permission or consent required by law. Our Content and Rights Policy provides an additional way to report content concerns. Mandatory rights you have under applicable law continue to apply.

2. Eligibility and access

Particular features may have a higher minimum age, stated where they are offered. The planned adult-only photo-contribution program does not change the minimum age for ordinary use.

You must be at least 14 years old to use VOÛTE. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has reviewed and agreed to these Terms. A higher minimum age or additional consent requirements may apply under applicable law. Children under 14 are not permitted to use the Service.

The initial release is intended for users in the United States. Availability of the app, subscriptions, sellers and particular features may differ by location. You may use the Service only where that use is lawful and permitted by the applicable distribution platform. You are responsible for your internet connection, compatible device and carrier charges.

The current app does not require a VOÛTE account. Protect access to your device and to the Apple Account used for purchases. Notify us of suspected unauthorized use of the Service. We do not make you responsible for unauthorized activity caused by our failure to meet our own legal obligations.

3. What VOÛTE does

VOÛTE helps you discover products using photographs, screenshots and associated product information. Depending on the feature and available evidence, it may identify a likely designer or style, present multiple possible matches, or find shopping options from retailers and resale sellers. Categories and features are limited to those actually offered in your version of the Service.

“The original” concerns the identified product or style. “Pre-owned” concerns resale listings. “Get the look” concerns visually similar alternatives from other brands. These labels describe discovery categories, not independent certifications of authenticity, product condition or availability. A result may need confirmation of its size, color, material or specific reference.

We do not promise to find every product, retailer, color or size, to identify rare items conclusively, or to produce a minimum number of results. An unsuccessful search does not establish that an item does not exist or cannot be purchased elsewhere.

4. AI identification and your selections

Automated systems may analyze visible characteristics, read listing information and summarize possible matches. Lighting, camera angle, image resolution, obscured details, similar designs and incomplete source information can affect the result. AI may make mistakes even when a result appears confident.

Choosing an option on a multiple-match screen tells VOÛTE which candidate to use for the next search. Your selection does not independently verify that candidate. A style-level identification does not confirm the exact size or edition of the photographed item. A list of known sizes describes possible versions of a style rather than the size of your particular product.

Use results as a starting point. Check the seller’s photographs, measurements, reference numbers, materials and condition details before deciding to buy. VOÛTE does not physically inspect items and does not provide authentication, valuation, insurance appraisal or investment advice.

5. Alternatives and material labels

Items in “get the look” are offered because of visual similarities, such as silhouette, texture, handles or color. Similar appearance does not mean equivalent craftsmanship, durability, materials, fit, safety, performance or value. The original designer is not represented as the manufacturer or sponsor of an alternative.

Material and condition descriptions are based on available listing information and may be incomplete or inconsistent. A “Vegan” label indicates that source information describes the relevant product as vegan; it is not a certification issued by VOÛTE. Confirm the full composition, trims, finishes and any certification with the seller if these characteristics are important to you. A synthetic material resembling leather or raffia is not necessarily the natural material.

Our alternatives feature is not intended to facilitate counterfeits or products falsely presented as belonging to another brand. Please report suspected counterfeits or misleading branding. Visual similarity alone does not establish whether a product infringes someone’s rights, and inclusion is not a legal clearance of its design.

6. Pre-owned products, watches and historical information

Resale items can have wear, repairs, alterations, replaced components, incomplete accessories or other characteristics that affect value and suitability. Condition grades differ between sellers. A condition label reproduced or summarized by VOÛTE is the source’s assessment, not our own inspection. Missing condition information must not be understood as confirmation of good condition.

For watches, verify the reference, case size, movement, service history, timekeeping, water resistance, replaced or aftermarket parts, bracelet length, documentation and warranty directly with the seller. A photograph cannot establish these characteristics reliably. Manufacturer warranty eligibility may differ from a reseller’s warranty. VOÛTE does not promise future resale value.

Year, collection, vintage and previous-season descriptions depend on the evidence available. A production year for one item does not establish when every example of that style was sold. A previous-season design may still be offered new by some sellers. “No new listings found” describes the search outcome, not a statement that no new stock exists anywhere. Seller descriptions such as “unworn” or “new with tags” do not necessarily identify an authorized brand retailer.

Design stories and signature details

Where available, editorial information explains the origin and distinguishing features of a design family, collection or documented version. It does not establish the provenance, ownership history, authenticity or exact specifications of the individual item in a photograph. Coverage is selective and depends on available evidence. Historical names, sizes and specifications can differ by period and source. Confirm purchase-critical details with the seller. Unreviewed editorial previews in TestFlight are marked as drafts and are not representations of verified product facts.

7. Prices, budgets and availability

Product prices, currencies, variants, stock and promotions may change after retrieval. Displayed information may reflect cached or recently retrieved information rather than a real-time inventory connection. A live product page does not itself establish that the selected item is in stock.

Confirm the exact variant and final total on the seller’s site. Unless explicitly included, a displayed price may exclude shipping, tax, customs charges and other fees. A budget filter is based on the product price and currency information available to VOÛTE; it is not a promise that the total checkout cost will remain within your budget. Currency conversions, where offered, are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

“From” prices may apply only to particular sizes, colors or conditions. Comparisons between an original and an alternative describe the displayed offers and do not establish equivalent quality, the lowest available price or a historical discount. We do not reserve stock or hold a displayed price when you save an item.

8. Retailers, marketplaces and purchases

VOÛTE provides discovery services and does not accept orders for, own inventory of, ship or fulfill the physical products in shopping results. Your product transaction is with the seller identified at the destination. On a marketplace, that seller may be a separate individual or business from the marketplace operator.

Review the seller’s identity, authenticity assurances, payment arrangements, delivery terms, returns, cancellation rules and warranties. Resolve product-order matters with that seller or the marketplace’s applicable process. A seller’s inclusion is not an independent recommendation of its reliability or a guarantee against fraud.

External links can open sites with separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control those sites or later changes to them. These provisions do not excuse VOÛTE from obligations concerning its own Service, statements, subscriptions or conduct.

9. Search coverage and commercial relationships

Results depend on available sources, the query, accessible product information and the Service’s selection processes. They are not a complete survey of the market. Ranking may consider visual relevance, available attributes, color, budget and the information necessary to present a useful result. A lower position does not mean a product is inferior.

The current app implementation contains no affiliate-link integration, sponsored placements, advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs.

If a link can generate compensation for VOÛTE, we will disclose the applicable commercial relationship where users can reasonably see it. Paid placements, if introduced, will be labeled “Promoted,” “Sponsored” or a similarly clear term. We will explain any material effect of compensation on selection or ordering. A disclosure in these Terms does not replace an appropriate disclosure alongside the relevant experience.

10. Free access and VOÛTE Unlimited

The app is free to download. The current launch offer provides one free match and an optional VOÛTE Unlimited subscription at US $4.99 per month. Confirm the exact price, applicable taxes, period and included benefits on the purchase screen. Different offers or storefronts may have different disclosed prices. Using a free match does not automatically start a paid subscription.

A free match is used when a clear match is displayed or when you open a candidate from a multiple-match result. Errors, timeouts, searches with no result, unsupported items, category selection and choosing “None of these” do not use the allowance. Opening another candidate within the same result, changing result tabs, adjusting your budget or reopening a saved find does not count as another match. The allowance is stored on your device and has no scheduled reset.

Unlimited refers to individual use of the offered matching features during an active subscription. It does not guarantee an exact match for every photo, instant responses, access to every retailer or a particular number of alternatives. It does not authorize automated bulk queries, resale of access or use as a shared commercial search service. Any ordinary-use limits that materially qualify the advertised offer must be disclosed before purchase; these Terms do not introduce an undisclosed numerical search cap.

11. Apple billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds

For an Apple in-app subscription, Apple processes the charge to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. The subscription renews monthly unless you cancel under the renewal terms shown by Apple. Review the renewal deadline in the purchase flow and cancel before it to avoid another charge.

Manage or cancel through your Apple Account’s subscription settings. Deleting VOÛTE, removing saved finds, contacting support or requesting deletion of personal information does not itself cancel Apple billing. Cancellation ordinarily ends future renewals while access continues through the current paid period, unless the applicable store terms or law provide otherwise.

For Apple purchase refunds, use Apple’s refund request service. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable requirements and Apple’s process; nothing here removes mandatory refund rights. Restore Purchases in VOÛTE can be used to restore an eligible purchase associated with the appropriate Apple Account. Contact us if access does not reflect a completed purchase.

Any introductory offer or trial must state its eligibility, duration, subsequent charge and cancellation conditions before acceptance. The one-free-match offer is not described as a timed subscription trial. Changes to price or paid benefits will follow applicable notice, consent and store requirements and will not retroactively change a completed billing period’s price.

12. Your photographs and other submissions

You keep any ownership rights you hold in photographs, screenshots, queries and other material you submit. Submitting content does not transfer its ownership to VOÛTE. You must have the rights or other lawful basis necessary to submit it for the requested use. Do not upload private records, payment credentials, unlawful material or another person’s sensitive information.

To perform your request, you give VOÛTE a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to receive, copy, transmit, process and display your submissions to you, and to store them as needed to provide the requested features and support. This includes technical transformations needed for analysis, such as resizing or cropping, and processing by service providers acting for those purposes. The permission applies wherever that authorized processing occurs and only to the rights you can lawfully grant.

The permission is limited to operating the requested Service, addressing support and security issues, and meeting applicable legal obligations. It does not by itself authorize use of your photographs in public advertising, publication to a discover feed, sale of your photographs, or unrelated general-purpose AI training. Separate permission or another valid legal basis would be required for uses outside this scope. Provider processing, retention and deletion must be described accurately in the Privacy Policy.

This permission ends when the relevant processing and disclosed retention purposes end, subject to legal preservation obligations. Removing a saved find does not necessarily erase all provider logs or copies immediately; consult the Privacy Policy for the actual deletion process. Responsibility for your submissions does not make you responsible for retailer material independently obtained or displayed by VOÛTE.

Future photo contributions

Our proposed photo-contribution program is separate from using a photo to perform your search. It is not active. An unchecked “Help improve VOÛTE” choice in a TestFlight preview records a local preference only; it does not grant a training license or authorize collection. Accepting these Terms does not enroll you, and declining contributions does not change search or subscription access.

Before launching contributions, we will explain the proposed uses and retention arrangements and request fresh affirmative permission under separate contribution terms. No previous uploads will be included automatically. The initial program is planned for people aged 18 and older; the Service’s ordinary minimum age remains 14. You keep ownership rights you hold in your submissions, and can grant rights only where you have authority to do so. No future contribution permission is granted by these Terms for public advertising, public photo distribution or third-party general-purpose model training.

13. Privacy, device permissions and saved finds

Search functionality sends your cropped photo and related search information through external infrastructure and AI providers, including for photo-assisted web search. The Privacy Policy describes the recipients of your information, storage practices and limits on retention and deletion. Read it and the feature-specific disclosures before submitting information. Camera and photo-library access can be managed through device settings; declining permission may prevent the associated feature from operating.

Saved items are conveniences for revisiting discoveries, not reservations or a guarantee of permanent access. The current app stores saved finds and their photos on your device; they can also be included in iCloud or computer backups according to your settings. Removing a saved find deletes the local find and its saved photo, but does not erase server results, provider records or old backups. New recognition-cache entries have scheduled expiry deletion, while legacy entries, installation access records, product caches and provider records have different handling. An email address alone cannot identify every server record. The consent-update TestFlight release provides withdrawal of future photo transmission; withdrawal does not undo prior processing. See the Privacy Policy for the retention periods, exceptions and current deletion limits. Contact us for support or deletion questions.

14. Permission to use VOÛTE

Subject to these Terms and applicable platform rules, we permit you to access the Service for personal product discovery. This permission does not transfer ownership of the software, branding or other protected material. Any separate open-source licenses continue to govern the components to which they apply.

For the VOÛTE app distributed through Apple, the applicable app license is the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. These Service terms are intended to operate consistently with that license and Apple’s applicable usage rules, not replace mandatory platform provisions.

VOÛTE is responsible for support for its Service. Questions about our functionality should be sent to us. Store-account and platform billing questions may also require assistance from Apple.

15. Misuse and security

You must not use VOÛTE to violate the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person, distribute malware, or facilitate fraudulent product offers. Do not evade subscription controls, exploit free allowances through deceptive activity, access someone else’s account, or bypass access restrictions.

Do not disrupt the Service, overwhelm its systems, scrape it in bulk or commercially redistribute its content without authorization. Restrictions on reverse engineering or interoperability apply only to the extent permitted by law and relevant software licenses. Report a suspected security issue to our contact address without accessing other users’ information or publicly exposing sensitive details.

16. VOÛTE and third-party intellectual property

VOÛTE’s original branding, site design, software and original photography are protected by the rights of their respective owners. Retailer photographs, product descriptions, brand names, logos and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their owners. Identifying a product or its seller does not imply a commercial relationship, endorsement or authorization by that brand.

These Terms do not grant you permission to download, republish or commercially exploit third-party material beyond what is separately authorized or allowed by law. They do not expand VOÛTE’s rights under a source’s terms or a provider agreement. Availability through a search engine does not, by itself, establish permission for further use.

Display size, background presentation and device color rendering can affect how an image appears. Consult the underlying listing for its full product photographs and details. VOÛTE does not claim ownership of third-party photography because it has been resized, processed or analyzed by AI.

17. Inaccurate listings, rights complaints and removal

Send concerns to hello@voûte.com or follow our Content and Rights Policy. To help us locate and assess an issue, identify the item or content, where it appeared in VOÛTE, the source URL if available, the reason for your concern and a way to contact you. For a rights complaint, explain the work or right involved and your authority to act. A screenshot and search details can help locate an app result that has no public URL.

We may ask for clarification, correct information, disable a link, restrict a source or remove material while reviewing a report. Removing something during review is not necessarily an admission of infringement; retaining it is not a determination that all rights are cleared. We will handle personal information in complaints according to our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

A request concerning a retailer’s website and a request concerning every listing of a brand are different in scope. We will assess the identified material and asserted rights rather than assume that one requester controls independently supplied content from every seller.

Our reporting process does not require a rights holder to contact us before exercising legal remedies. These Terms do not represent that VOÛTE has registered a DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.

18. Updates, service changes and termination

We may maintain, update or modify the Service, correct errors and address security, legal or operational issues. We may suspend or end access for a material breach, suspected fraud, a legal requirement or discontinuation of the Service. Where reasonably practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address an alleged breach.

Changes to a paid service remain subject to applicable consumer rights and subscription commitments. If we discontinue paid features or materially reduce access, we will provide required notice and remedies and address future billing appropriately. You may stop using the Service at any time, but cancellation of a renewing subscription requires the steps in section 11.

Clauses addressing accrued payment obligations, intellectual property, permitted retained information, liability and disputes survive only to the extent necessary to give them effect. Termination does not expand the permission to use your submissions.

19. Warranties and limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows, VOÛTE provides discovery functionality without implied promises of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free AI output, complete source coverage or the continued availability of third-party products. These limitations do not override an express commitment we make to you or mandatory statutory guarantees.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VOÛTE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business profits, arising from use of the Service. This does not exclude direct losses for which we remain legally responsible. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, or any other responsibility that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Consumer remedies that cannot be waived remain available.

20. Resolving concerns and disputes

Please contact us with a description of a concern and your requested resolution so we can try to resolve it. This invitation is voluntary and does not shorten a statutory deadline, prevent a regulator complaint, or require you to delay legal relief.

These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive class proceedings or shorten the time allowed by law to bring a claim.

21. Changes to these Terms and other provisions

When these Terms change, we will publish the revised version and its effective date. For material changes, we will provide appropriate advance notice and request renewed agreement where required. Changes will not be applied retroactively to eliminate an accrued right or resolve an existing dispute in our favor. If you do not accept a required change, you may stop using the affected feature and cancel future subscription renewal; applicable remedies remain available.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. We may transfer operation of the Service with a business transfer only subject to applicable law, continuing consumer obligations and the Privacy Policy. A transfer does not authorize an otherwise prohibited new use of personal information.

These Terms, valid feature-specific purchase terms and applicable app-license terms address their respective subject matters. Nothing here limits rights under mandatory consumer or privacy law. Service communications may be delivered through the app, website or the contact information you provide; agreeing to these Terms does not by itself opt you into marketing messages.

22. Contact VOÛTE

Questions about these Terms, subscriptions, technical support, privacy or content concerns may be sent to hello@voûte.com. Please identify the type of request so it can be handled appropriately. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
