Content & rights
Respecting content and its creators
VOÛTE is an independent discovery service. Third-party content remains subject to its owners’ rights. We welcome reports of suspected copyright or trademark infringement, counterfeit products, incorrect attribution and inaccurate listings.
Effective date: October 14, 2026
Mailing address: 528 SE Fascino Cir, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984
How to report a concern
Email hello@voûte.com with the subject “VOÛTE content rights request.” Please include:
- Your name, organization if applicable, and contact email.
- The affected VOÛTE result or screenshot and the source listing or image URL.
- The work, mark or other right involved and your relationship to its owner.
- A description of the concern and the action requested.
Please provide enough detail to locate the material. Do not include unnecessary personal or confidential information.
Review and response
We review reports, may request clarification, and may correct, restrict or remove content as appropriate. Removal from VOÛTE does not remove content from the original seller’s site. A report does not require an admission of infringement by any party, and this process does not restrict anyone’s legal rights or remedies.
Retailers may also request review of a specific listing, image or source domain. We assess the request’s scope and the requester’s authority; a request concerning one seller does not automatically apply to all independent sellers of the same brand.
Suspected counterfeits
“Get the look” is intended to help discover alternatives from other brands, not falsely branded goods. Send suspected counterfeit listings to the contact above for review. AI matching is not a certification of authenticity.
Privacy of reports
We use reports and correspondence to investigate, respond and maintain an appropriate record. Relevant details may be shared with service providers or affected parties where needed to address the concern, or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for information about retention and privacy requests.
Formal copyright process
This is an ordinary reporting process, not a representation that VOÛTE has registered a DMCA agent or qualifies for a statutory safe harbor.
